For approximately 10 years, Aaron worked as a rock climbing guide in various locations including New York, California, and Nevada. He also designed and helped to build several indoor climbing gyms! In 2010 Aaron found out about Over the Edge via friends in the climbing community, and he thought that it would be a good fit. He started working at OTE events that same year. "I like working with the non-profit organizations, as well as the Over the Edge participants and my fellow employees. Everyone who works for the company is really great and I really enjoy my job," said Aaron.

Growing up in Massachusetts as a Boy Scout Robert has always sought out adventure. Robert has college degree in chemistry and biology, has worked as a snowboard school director, and has a vast amount of experience working on the high-ropes challenge courses. Robert joined OTE as a ropes volunteer in 2010, earned his SPRAT 1 in 2011, was a part time tech in 2012 and is full time for the company. Although Robert has a wonderful family at home with his wife, two young daughters and a son he also enjoys the OTE family. Said best by Robert "I don’t like long walks on the beach, but I do like long walks in the woods."
