Over The Edge Licenses are determined through careful consideration of the following three factors:

Non profit request

Regional population

Geographic area

The Exclusive Over the Edge License ($2,500 due upon signing LOI) provides the non-profit organization with the following benefits:

  1. One year contract to host one Over the Edge event

  2. Identification of the geographic area in which to host your OTE event

  3. Identification of the geographic area in which to primarily market and promote your OTE event

  4. First right of refusal for subsequent years (annual renewal fee $500)

  5. Exclusivity and protection from other organizations’ marketing, promoting and hosting an Over the Edge event within that region (if single license MSA)

Specific contract details will be provided in the subsequent event contract that will be signed by both parties.
